1. Go to 'My Computer'' then on the upper left tab click organize and choose 'folder and search options' in the
dropdown menu.

2.In the 'Folder Options' dialog box, click the 'View' tab.
3. Under the 'Advanced settings click 'Hidden files and folders' then 'show hidden files, folders and drives'.

4. Click 'Apply' then 'Ok'.
5. Return to 'My Computer' then in the address bar, type \Windows\Globalization\MCT\ then hit 'Enter'.
6. After hitting 'Enter' some folders will show up then find the theme folders in each folder. Just double
click the theme you want to apply.
